The Lioness Recalibrate is a single 75-minute session with Liana — held online, one to one, in complete privacy and presence. It is not coaching. It is not therapy. It is a real conversation and a somatic practice woven together, shaped entirely around what you are carrying right now.
Liana works from the body first. Before any talking, before any direction, she will guide you into your own body — through breath, touch, and somatic awareness — so that what you say next comes from your instinct rather than your mind's well-rehearsed story about the situation.
Arriving and grounding
A short somatic opening to bring you fully into your body before anything else. This is where the session actually begins — not with words but with presence.
Being truly heard
Liana listens from a particular quality of attention — not waiting to respond, not forming solutions, but actually receiving what you share. Many women say this alone is transformative.
Somatic and embodiment practice
Guided body-based work specific to what is alive for you in this session — breath, movement, touch, sound, or stillness, as your body calls for.
Clarity from the inside out
Not answers given to you but the space to access your own knowing. Women often leave with a clarity they could not think their way to — because it came from the body, not the mind.
A closing and integration practice
Something simple to take with you — a body practice, a breath tool, a question to sit with — so the session continues to work in the days after.
